Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة تطبيق أسلوب الإدارة بالأهداف لدى عمادات كليات التربية الرياضية في الجامعات الرسمية، و استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المسحي، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (112) عضو هيئة تدريس، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العمدية، و استخدمت الباحثة استبانة مكونه من (40) فقرة موزعه على خمس مجالات (تحديد الأهداف، و ضع خطة عملية الاتصال و التدريب المراجعة الدورية، تقييم الأداء)، و تم استخدام المعالجات الإحصائية التكرارات) و النسب المئوية، معامل كرونباخ الفاء المتوسطات الحسابية و الانحرافات المعيارية، تحليل التباين في عدة اتجاهات (-) Anova)، و أظهرت النتائج أن درجة تطبيق أسلوب الإدارة بالأهداف لدى عمادات كليات التربية الرياضية في الجامعات الرسمية جاءت بدرجة متوسط وعلى المستوى الكلي، و كذلك على جميع المجالات، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية و على المستوى الكلي تعزى للمتغيرات النوع الاجتماعي، الرتبة العلمية، الخبرة التدريسية، الجامعة، إشغال منصب إداري، مدرس مواد إداره، حضور دورات إدارية)، و توصي الباحثة بتبني أسلوب الإدارة بالأهداف من قبل عمادات كليات التربية الرياضية كمنهج عمل إداري، و ضرورة توظيف مجالات أسلوب الإدارة بالأهداف من قبل عمادات كليات التربية الرياضية لرفع مستوى الأداء الإداري بما ينعكس بشكل ايجابي على مختلف الأطراف.

English Abstract

this study is to identify the degree of implementation of the method of management by objectives in the deanships of the Faculties of Physical Education in the official universities.

(112) a faculty member, the intention was made, and the researcher used a questionnaire consisting of (40) items distributed in five areas (setting goals, developing a practical plan, communication and training, periodic review, performance evaluation), and statistical treatments were used (frequencies and percentages, Cronbach Alpha The arithmetic averages and standard deviations, the analysis of variance in several directions (N - Anova), the results showed that the degree of application of the method of management by objectives in the deanships of the Faculties of Physical Education in the official universities came with an average and at the macro level, as well as on all fields, as the results showed that there is no Statistically significant differences at the macro level attributable to the variables (gender, academic rank, teaching experience, university, occupying the position of ed Ari, a teacher of administrative subjects, attending administrative courses), and the researcher recommends adopting the method of management with goals by the deanships of the Faculties of Physical Education as an administrative work method, and the necessity of employing the areas of the method of management by goals by the deanships of the Faculties of Physical Education to raise the level of administrative performance in a way that reflects positively on the various parties
