Abstract EN

The present study aimed to determine the digital citizenship values that should be included in the "computer in education" course among college of education students at Najran University.

moreover, it aimed to measure these values' inclusion degree in the same course and then provide a proposed perspective for the ways to include them.

for this purpose, the study adopted the descriptive approach (content analysis).

the study sample consisted of all students registered in the "computer in education" course offered by the college of education at Najran university in the academic year 1442ah.

study instruments involved a list of the digital citizenship values and a content analysis card for the "computer in education' course that was applied after being validated and verified.

after gathering data and processing them statistically using SPSS, results led to preparing a list of digital citizenship values that should be included in the "computer in education" course among college of education students at Najran university.

in addition, results revealed that the inclusion degree of these values was very low about (7.2%).

moreover, the study put forward a proposed perspective for the inclusion of these values.

in the end, a set of recommendations were provided among which were the importance of developing the "computer in education" course in light of its inclusion for the digital citizenship values and the importance of adopting the proposed perspective.
