Abstract EN

This study aimed to determine the teaching competences are requirements to professional development for Arabic Langhe teachers at the elementary stage in light of the kingdom's vision 2030, to identify the degree of availability of these competences from the viewpoint of Arabic Langhe teachers, and to reveal the differences in the responses of Arabic Langhe teachers about the competences according to the variables (years of experience, training program, scientific qualification).

the descriptive approach was used, and the research sample consisted of (60) teachers, and a questionnaire was prepared consisting of (84) items distributed on eight domains.

the results showed that the degree of availability of the teaching competences for Arabic Langhe teachers at the elementary stage in light of the kingdom's 2030 vision is medium, and statistically significant differences appeared in the teachers ’responses to the degree of availability of these competences due to the variables of training program and years of experience, while there were no statistically significant differences due to the scientific qualification variable.

a proposed perception was prepared to achieve the competences of professional development for Arabic Langhe teachers.
