in addition the researcher will study the method of kindness and sentences structures of the letters written to princes, judges on the Islamic states, army leaders, and e time, and to clearify whether theses expression, guidance to society at the purposes, and the rare literature structure in different ways of innovation, was created by the Imam Ali (A.S.) with the creativity of the speech, which could o clearify the purposes and the not be found in the arab speech.

as well as, t rhetorical jokes that were used in the reference of Nahj alBalaga and and its influence on the recipient and the refeflection in creating a desired significance in the dealing with the society.

as nowadays our education based on the text, therefore the researcher implemented the study on the text of Nahj alBalaga on the other hand, the study used analytic descriptive method and obtained that the method of analysis, explanation and description is the best way to relevant.

where the study found a new thing of eloquent in the speech of the scrip Imam Ali, which up to the author knowledge there is no study conducted for picking the wording of kindness as a speech linguistic way for Imam Ali learified the merits of kindness in (A.S.) and the applied methods, it is also c) the letters of Imam Ali such as, ethical, social, political and, elequental and explain the social, thoughtful and cultural aspects at that time which resulted study found the in founding these types of kindness in his letters.
