Abstract EN

The research dealt with the concept of a modern lexicon in the literature of Arabic jurisprudence in terms of novelty and innovation, and the great development witnessed in the arrangement, material and presentation of the language, examples and evidence, and scientific methods and mechanisms used in his writing etc.

The research also shows the place of this lexical system in the contemporary language system and its fundamental role in it.

It also highlights why modernists who have researched philology have adopted it as a key approach in their literature while revisiting the old lexical lesson.

This led to the multiplication of opinions and differences of views among Arab linguists, as they were divided into sections: Some of them considered the lexicographical system, some of them made it a branch of semantics, some of them saw it as a list of vocabulary, and some of them saw it as a lesson from Arabic and research from its research, in addition to other views, studies, and theories that reflect the scientific and intellectual discretion in the language in general.

After this extrapolation, presentation and analysis, the research concludes with a brief summary of the lexical concept and the reasons for its variety and diversity and its effect on contemporary Arab lessons.
