Arabian Gulf region is one of the areas that has received the attention of ancient and modern international powers because of its prominent geographical location, as it represents a land bridge linking South-East Asia and Europe, as well as the crossroads of land, sea and air transportation, and the energy resources it contains and its supervision over the most important control links.
