The recruitment of children in combat is a form of criminal liability, which refers to the practice of recruiting or using any person below 15 years of age in any capacity.

The paper focuses on these practices under three sections.

First, the paper defines important terms in the first section of the paper.

Second, it covers the opinion of Islamic law regarding this issue.

Then, it focuses on this crime in International criminal law.

In the end, this paper states the result of the study and the recommendations.
