Abstract EN

This research studies the legal foundations of social psychology.

it aims to introduce this branch of psychology, and to explain its foundations in Islamic Sharia; this is a statement of its interest in regulating the behavior of the person through social integration.

it also aims to statement the extent effect of the social relations and norms on the behavior of the person from the point of view of Sharia.

among the most important results of the research is that social psychology is a branch of psychology concerned with the scientific study of the relationship of a person's behavior with the social influences surrounding him.

Islamic Sharia has been concerned with social relations, in order to activate the societal influence on the person in a positive activate, and it has shown that this influence has a clear reflection on the person’s behavior.

in addition, Sharia adopted in many origins, and based on several considerations on the societal influence in evaluating behavior and integrating and reforming persons.
