يعد التنمر الإلكتروني وليد تكنولوجيا الاتصالات الحديثة التي وسعت نطاق مشكلات التنمر لتصبح أكثر مشكلات التنمر مراوغة، فأصبح مشكلة عصرية ذات آثار سلبية كبيرة، سواء، على مستوى المتنمرين أنفسهم، وعلى ضحاياهم.
فمع انتشار ممارسة التنمر الإلكتروني، أصبحت بعض الدول والمجتمعات تتعامل معه باعتباره مشكلة خطيرة، ويجب على الباحثين رصده وتفسيره، وقد تناولت المداخلة الحالية التنمر الإلكتروني من خلال تعريفه، وتفسيره ورصد آثاره، والتعريف بشخصية المتنمر، وأشكال التنمر الإلكتروني.
Abstract EN
Cyber bullying is the birthplace of modern communication technology that has expanded the problem of bullying to become the most bullying problem.
it has become a modern problem with great negative effects both on the level of the bully themselves and on their victims.
with the spread of cyber bullying, some countries and societies are treating it as a problem.
and should be monitored and interpreted by researcher.
