In this research, I dealt with one of the controversial issues in the jurisprudence of marriage, which is the issue of the assuming the role of the two parties of the marriage contract by one contracting party, since the principle is that the contract is concluded by two parties, I explained in it what is meant by the term of assuming the role of the two parties of the marriage contract, and I mentioned the disagreement in that between the four schools of jurisprudence in general, with studying the cases fall under this type of marriage contract, a comparative jurisprudential study, indicating the most correct, and the contract formula for each of those cases .The research included an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion included the most important search results.
