it was clear that the civilization of peoples, which is not measured by books and discoveries only, but also food, drink, management, clothing, building style and arts, is a form of expression of human civilization, so there is no distinctive pattern there is a common saying among social anthropologists that our food expresses our identity, as the kitchen, food and drink and their management are related to social occasions, and through them we can measure the extent of extravagance, luxury, wealth, poverty, or austerity in which the owner of the food lives social customs, visitation and celebration etiquette for all segments of society, and from this we work to clarify the basic role of management and how to perfect its work and organization.
