Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى كل من الحب الرحيم، و اليقظة العقلية و الأمل لدى عينة من المتقاعدين العسكريين الذكور في عمان، و معرفة مدى مساهمة الحب الرحيم في كل من اليقظة العقلية و الأمل والتعرف على الفروق في مستوى الحب الرحيم واليقظة العقلية و الامل تبعاً للمتغيرات العمر و العمل والرتبة العسكرية، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (203) متقاعداً في مؤسسة المتقاعدين العسكريين الموجودين في عمان 2020، و تم اختيار العينة بالطريقة المتيسرة، و من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير ثلاثة مقاييس : مقياس الحب الرحيم، ومقياس اليقظة العقلية، مقياس الأمل، تم التحقق من دلالات الصدق و الثبات لهم، و من ثم تم تطبيقها على عينة الدراسة.

وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الحب الرحيم والأمل عند المتقاعدين العسكريين متوسطاً، بينما مستوى اليقظة العقلية عند المتقاعدين العسكريين مرتفع، و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود قدرة تنبؤية أبعاد الحب الرحيم باليقظة العقلية حيث فسرت أبعاد الحب الرحيم (38%) من اليقظة العقلية، كما تبين وجود قدرة تنبؤية لأبعاد الحب الرحيم بلأمل حيث فسرت أبعاد الحب الرحيم (29%) من الأمل، و تبين من النتائج أيضا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (a=0.05 ) بين المتوسطات الحسابية للحب الرحيم و اليقظة العقلية و الأمل وفقا للفئة العمرية، و أظهرت كذلك نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (a=0.05) على الحب الرحيم واليقظة العقلية والأمل وفقا للرتبة العسكرية عند التقاعد، و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود اختلافات بين المتقاعدين عسكريا في الحب الرحيم واليقظة العقلية و الأمل تبعا لمتغير العمل.

English Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the level of compassionate love, mindfulness and hope among a sample of male military retirees in Amman, and to identify the Predictability of compassionate love in mindfulness and hope.

Also, to discover the differences in the level of compassionate love, mindfulness and hope due to age, work and military rank.

The study sample consisted of (203) male of Military Retirees Foundation in Amman, 2020.

The sample was selected through the available sampling approach.

In order to achieve the objectives of the current study, three scales were developed: The Compassionate Love Scale, the Mindfulness Scale, and the Hope Scale.

The validity and reliability of these scales were verified and then applied to the study sample.

The results of the current study showed that the level of compassionate love and hope among military retirees was average, while the level of mindfulness among military retirees was high.

It was found that there was a predictability of the dimensions of compassionate love with mindfulness, as the dimensions of compassionate love have explained (38 %) of mindfulness.

It was also found that there was a predictability of the dimensions of compassionate love in hope, as the dimensions of compassionate love have explained (29%) of hope.

The results have also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α = 05 0.) for compassionate love, mindfulness and hope, attributed to age category.

In addition, there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α = 05 0.) of compassionate love, mindfulness and hope attributed to military rank at retirement, and there were no differences between military retirees in compassionate love, mindfulness and hope attributed to the Employmenenf variable.
