Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة لتحليل أبعاد الاستراتيجية السياسية الأردنية في إدارة الأزمات، و تحليل فاعلية دور الاستراتيجية السياسية الأردنية في إدارة الأزمة السورية، و انطلقت الدراسة من سؤال رئيس مفاده : " ما مستوى فاعلية إدارة الأزمات في السياسة الأردنية؟"، و استخدمت الدراسة المناهج العلمية الأساسية التالية : المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و منهج الدور، و منهج صنع القرار، والمنهج البنائي الوظيفي في تحليل الاستراتيجية السياسية الاردنية في إدارة الازمات، و تبين من خلال الدراسة أن الازمات الداخلية و الخارجية شكلت محوراً و محدداً أساسياً في مسيرة بناء وتنمية الدولة الأردنية و سعيها نحو تحقيق الأمن والاستقرار، حيث تم انتهاج سياسات وصياغة استراتيجيات منفردة من قبل مؤسسات الدولة كجزء من الرؤية الاستراتيجية لإدارة الأزمات المؤثرة وطنياً، ونظراً للافتقار إلى وجود استراتيجية سياسية أردنية شاملة لإدارة الأزمات، فإن الاستراتيجية السياسية الأردنية التي أمكن ملاحظتها بشكل مجزأ والمتبناه من قبل بعض هياكل الدولة، تقوم على عدة مسارات ووسائل إجرائية، كأجزاء من كل متكامل، تسهم بمجملها في تعزيز الأمن الوطني الشامل على المستويين الداخلي و الخارجي وتأمين الاستقرار السياسي و التكامل الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي، و بينت الدراسة أن الاردن قام بوضع حلول واستراتيجيات لمواجهة التحديات و التهديدات سواءً كانت داخلية ام خارجية و على مختلف اشكالها، و أن هذه التحديات و التهديدات شكلت دافعاً للأردن للمضي قدماً في التخطيط الاستراتيجي.

English Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the dimensions of the Jordanian political strategy in crisis management, and to analyze the effectiveness of the role of the Jordanian political strategy in managing the Syrian crisis.

The study started from the main question: “What is the level of effectiveness of crisis management in Jordanian politics?” The study used the following basic scientific approaches: the analytical descriptive approach, the role approach, the decision-making approach, and the functional constructive approach in analyzing the Jordanian political strategy in crisis management.

Through the study, it became clear that the internal and external crises constituted a fundamental axis and determinant in the process of building and developing the state.

The Jordanian government and its endeavor towards achieving security and stability, as individual policies and strategies have been formulated by state institutions as part of the strategic vision for managing crises affecting nationally, and given the lack of a comprehensive Jordanian political strategy for crisis management, the Jordanian political strategy that could be observed in a piecemeal fashion and adopted before Some state structures are based on several WOS tracks Procedural mechanisms, as parts of an integrated whole, contribute in their entirety to strengthening comprehensive national security at the internal and external levels, ensuring political stability and economic and social integration, and the study showed that Jordan has developed solutions and strategies to confront challenges and threats, whether internal or external, and of various forms, and that these challenges and threats It constituted an impetus for Jordan to move forward in strategic planning.
