This study aims to reveal the obstacles that hinder and hinder women entrepreneurs during their entrepreneurial work, as well as to discover and learn how this entrepreneur defied all obstacles and how she continued her work and achieved her goal of being an important social and economic partner that is reliable in society, using the descriptive approach and depending on the interview tool with a group of Contracting, which numbered 30, for a sample of snowball type.

The study was conducted during the months: April May June 2021.

It concluded a number of results, the most important of which is the detection of social, cultural, economic, organizational and administrative obstacles.
