English Abstract

This thesis deals with a part of the book (An Nihayatul Othma the explanation of Al Ghayatul Quswa) by the scholar Muhammad bin Muhammad bin Zanki who is also known as Al Shuaibi, one of the Shafe'i scholars in the eighth century AH.

The part is from the beginning of the chapter of prevention of inheritance to the beginning of the chapter of marriage This thesis consisted of an introduction of Imam al-Baidawi and his book with an explanation of his method and an introduction of Imam al-Isfraiyani and his book.

Then it includes a study for the above-mentioned part of the book After that I described the two manuscripts that I depend on in my study and the reason for my choice.

The study concludes the importance of the book of Al Ghayatul Quswa and that it was written to be a reference for judicature and Fatwa.

The book is a summary of one of the greatest Shafe'i books which is Al Waseet for Imam Al Ghazali, so many scholars cared about it by memorizing and explaining it, one of these explanations was Al Asfraini's.

He fully explained it and mentioned the different sayings and opinion in the Shafe'i doctrine, he also mentioned the different opinions of the the doctrines in some issues with the evidence of each of them.
