Abstract EN

This contribution aimed to provide a clinical- psychological reading of the content of the Law 15/12 related to child protection in Algeria, specifically the concept of child in danger or what is known as moral danger; Where this research provides an analysis of the content of law and its projection on the psychological side, to determine its strengths that ensure psychological safety during the child’s development through the stages of his life, especially in the adolescence stage, which is a path that requires protection; The study relied on analyzing the content of the law and detailing its content according to a psycho- legal approach, based on the chronology of define term, then presenting the psychological description of the determinants of the child in danger and determining its psychological dimensions, moreover in deducing the psychological characteristics of the child in danger, the study tried to conceptualize the situation of child in danger within a psychological approach , then to present the psychological prognosis and the most important psychotherapy and care programs
