Abstract EN

The current study aimed to examine the differences in sexual harassment and occupational stability according to the variables of age, and the marital status and years of experience among a sample of female workers in the university hospital center of Tizi Ouzou, In the current study, the sexual harassment questionnaire and the occupational stability scale were used to estimate the degree of responses of the sample members about sexual harassment and its axes and occupational stability.

The size of the study sample was one hundred (100) female workers The results of the study resulted in : 1- There are statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members about sexual harassment according to the age variable.

2- There are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members about sexual harassment according to the marital status variable.

3- There are statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members about sexual harassment according to the variable years of experience.

4- There are statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members about sexual harassment in occupational stability
