Abstract EN

Considering some profound changes and deep turning points witnessed by sciences and knowledge in history of the Western thought with pragmatic materialistic philosophy in order to detect renewal aspects done by Western civilization scholars is very important.

I refer here to Karl Bobber, Jean Piaget and Thomas Khun who were considered among the most important philosophers of regenerative thought in Western civilization.

The aforementioned writers are considered a new shift in the philosophy of science and epistemology in the history of Western thought and materialist philosophy because of their philosophical reviews.

The present research attempts to answer the following research questions: In what sense does the Western mind raise the issue of epistemology? How was religion excluded as an epistemological obstruction? What are the main Western dissertations represented these attempts to evaluate science concept and undermine religion authority?
