This research paper aims to highlight the value of the presence of urban security centers in new residential neighborhoods by providing security and stability to people living in the new neighborhood, and by applying the rules of social control to which they are linked.

since 50 questionnaires were distributed to the research sample represented by the residents of the neighborhood, the object of the study.

The study concluded that the presence of an urban security center in the neighborhood and the conduct of regular security sessions provide the individual with this sense of security, stability and protection.
