هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن علاقة الوعي الصحي بالتقليل من سلوكيات الخطر لدى ممارسي رياضة كمال الاجسام، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 35 رياضيا من نفس الجنس (ذكور) وقد استخدم في هذه الدراسة اداتين: -استبيان الوعي الصحي و استبيان سلوكيات الخطر وهما من اعداد الباحثان وقد كشفت النتائج عن: وجود علاقة عكسية بين الوعي الصحي و سلوكيات الخطر لدى ممارسي رياضة كمال الأجسام، كما بينت أيضا تمتع الرياضيين بمستوى مرتفع من الوعي الصحي و مستوى منخفض من سلوكيات الخطر.
Abstract EN
The study aimed to reveal the relationship of health awareness to reducing risk behaviors among bodybuilding practitioners.
The study sample consisted of 35 bodybuilders of the same gender (men).
Two tools were used in this study : - The health awareness questionnaire and the risk behavior questionnaire, which were prepared by the researchers.
The results revealed that there was an inverse relationship between health awareness and risk behaviors among bodybuilders, and it also showed That they had a high level of health awareness and a low level of risk behaviors.
