Abstract EN

In light of reality of disintegration and fragmentation facing the Arab region in recent times, every Arab person is rejecting his reality and denouncing a regime that takes into account the aspirations of these constantly rising and rebellious Arab masses.

Arab history has shown us the state of certain failure of many governance policies in Arab regimes, which were applied under an electoral anchor that did not fully respect the standards of good governance, nor its organizational and legal mechanisms, and even its human rights.

The present study aims to evaluate the Arab regimes.

What have they changed and what have not changed in the life of the Arab man? who has suffered a lot? Who was greatly frustrated? with an indication of the vision in the philosophy of revolutionary engagement, good governance and its components, an approach to international samples in the application of good governance have been selected.
