Abstract EN

The research aimed to prepare an electronic program based on employing Arabic proverbs and verify its effectiveness in developing expressive fluency and the trend towards Arab culture among Arabic language learners speaking other languages.

The research sample consisted of (40) students from the fourth level of the language preparation program at the Institute for Teaching Arabic Language at Islamic University of Madinah.

To achieve this goal; The researcher used the quasi-experimental approach to verify the effectiveness of an electronic program based on employing Arabic proverbs (the variable is independent) in developing expressive fluency and the trend towards Arab culture (the two dependent variables), among students of the fourth level at the Institute for Teaching Arabic to Non-Native Speakers by comparing the results of the study group in The two applications: pre and post, to test expressive fluency, and measure the attitude towards Arab culture on the research sample.

The results showed that there are statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-measurements of the research sample in terms of expressive fluency and the tendency towards Arab culture due to the use of the electronic program based on employing Arabic proverbs, and in light of these results the researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposed research
