Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the management of the crisis at Imam Mohammed Bin Saud Islamic University from the point of view of faculty members, and to identify the obstacles to managing the crisis during the Corona pandemic, and the most important proposals submitted by faculty members to manage the crisis, as well as the aim of the study to identify the differences in crisis management mechanisms according to gender variables, degree and administrative position, the sample of the study consisted of (103) faculty members at Imam Mohammed Bin Saud Islamic University, and using the descriptive survey method to answer the questions of study.

The results reached a high approval rating for faculty on the quality of public and private management of the educational process and tests in the face of the crisis during the pandemic.

Low approval ratings for faculty members on the existence of constraints limiting the effectiveness of crisis management during the pandemic, statistically significant differences in the general management of the crisis for males, differences in the benefit of females in crisis management constraints during the pandemic, and statistically significant differences in crisis management during the pandemic among faculty members according to the variable administrative position in favor of staff in administrative positions.

There are no statistically significant differences in the management of Imam Mohammed bin Saud Islamic University for the crisis during the pandemic according to the degree variable.
