Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the reality of applying knowledge management in the College of Da`wah at the Islamic University and ways to develop and improve it from the point of view of the faculty members.

The descriptive approach was adopted for its relevance to the objectives of the study, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data from the study sample of (34) members.

The study reached several results, including The general average of the first four focusing areas, which indicates the reality of knowledge management, reached 3.60, with a high degree of approval.

This means that the reality of the process of knowledge production in the College of Advocacy came to a high degree and the general average of the knowledge storage and dissemination was 3.41 and the overall average for the knowledge application axis was 3.12, meaning that the reality of knowledge application in the College of Da`wah came to a medium degree.

The most challenges facing the College of Da’wah are the knowledge management process, the weak or lack of funding for the production and dissemination of knowledge, the abundance of knowledge, its complexity, and rapid technical development, in addition to the rapid development of knowledge.

In the field of publishing scientific research, establishing a special unit for knowledge management in the college, as well as adopting the creative ideas of faculty members to develop the college’s programs, as well as involving the outside community in improving the college’s programs
