الحكم الراشد يقتضي أن تساهم مختلف الفواعل القطاع العام و الخاص بالإضافة للمجتمع المدني في إدارة موارد الدولة الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و العلمية بما يحقق التنمية، و يضمن مبادئ الرشادة من شفافية و عدل و مكافحة للفساد، الجماعات الإقليمية أحد الفواعل الأساسية في حلقة الحكم الراشد، خصها المشرع الجزائري بآليات قانونية لتحقق مبادئ الحكم الراشد و مؤشراته، إلا أنها تواجه تحديات و صعوبات كبيرة حالت دون ذلك
Abstract EN
Good governance requires that the public and private sectors, as well as civil society, contribute to the management of the state & apos; s economic, social and scientific resources in order to achieve development, the principles of transparency, fairness and anti-corruption are guaranteed.
regional groups are one of the main factors in the circle of good governance.
the Algerian Legislature has singled out legal mechanisms to achieve the principles and indicators of good governance

La bonne gouvernance exige que les secteurs public et privé, ainsi que la société civile, contribuent à la gestion des ressources économiques, sociales et scientifiques de l' État afin de réaliser le développement, les principes de transparence, d'équité et de lutte contre la corruption sont garantis.
