Abstract EN

The widespread presence of private international relations has given rise to a problem of conflict of laws.

The application of foreign law is therefore one of the problems raised by the Algerian judiciary in view of the problems encountered in the application of this law in the Algerian State as it is a law or a fact, whether by the trial judges or even through the imposition of censorship by the Supreme Court, in the light of the provisions of article 358 of the Code of Civil and Administrative Procedures.

La diffusion croissante des relations internationales privées a conduit a l’émergence du problème des conflits de lois et donc la question de l’application du droit étranger est l’un des problème soulevés devant la justice algérienne en raison des problèmes rencontrés dans l’application de cette loi dans l’état algérien car elle est considérée comme une loi ou un fait que ce soit par les juges de la question ou même a travers l’imposition dune censure a son égard devant la cour suprême a la lumière des dispositions de l’article 358 dans son sixième alinéa de la loi sur le procédures Civiles etadministratives
