تعد الأنشطة الرياضية من أساليب الترويح على النفس كونها سبب في خلق جو من المتعة و المنافسة، وقد تخطت ممارستها الحدود الجغرافية لتنظيمها في شكل تظاهرات دولية كالألعاب الأولمبية و البطولات الرياضية، مما ساعد على انتشار بعض العادات السيئة و الخارجة عن الأطر القانونية و أخلاقيات و قواعد اللعبة، و هو ما يعرف بمفهوم القانون "الإجرام الرياضي" أو "العنف الرياضي" و بسبب الأذى الذي يلحقه بالغير أو ملكية عامة كانت أو خاصة وجب معاقبة مرتكبيه بموجب القانون سيما إن حدث داخل المنشآت الرياضية.
لذا تدخل المشرع الجزائري بموجب قواعد عامة و أخرى خاصة من خلالهما أدرج جملة من التدابير و الإجراءات للحد من ظاهرة العنف الرياضي.
Abstract EN
Sports activities are a way of recreation as a reason to create an atmosphere of fun and competition, and has gone beyond the practice of geographical boundaries to organize in the form of international events such as the Olympic Games and sports championships, which helped spread some of bad habits outside the legal frameworks and ethics and rules of the game Which is defined as the concept of "sports criminality" or "sports violence" and because of the harm caused to persons and public or private property, The perpetrators must be punished under the law, especially if they occur within sports facilities.
Therefore, the Algerian legislator intervened under general and special rules through which a number of measures were included to reduce the phenomenon of sports violence.

Les activités sportives sont considérées comme des méthodes récréatives, car elles sont la raison de créer une atmosphère de plaisir et de compétition, et leur pratique a transcendé les frontières géographiques pour les organiser sous la forme d'événements internationaux tels que les Jeux Olympiques et les tournois sportifs, qui ont contribué à la diffusion de certains mauvaises habitudes en dehors des cadres juridiques, de l'éthique et des règles Le jeu, qui est ce que l'on appelle le concept juridique de «crime sportif» ou de «violence sportive», et en raison du préjudice qu'il inflige à autrui ou à la propriété publique ou privée, les auteurs doit être puni conformément à la loi, surtout s'il se produit à l'intérieur des installations sportives.
Par conséquent, le législateur algérien est intervenu selon des règles générales et autres règles spéciales, à travers lesquelles il a énuméré un ensemble de mesures et de procédures pour réduire le phénomène de la violence sportive.
