This study is aimed at identifying the prospects of small and medium-sized industries in Algeria and the opportunities to benefit from the experience of the State of Singapore in this sector.

Through a descriptive approach to the review of the elements of the study, our study found the need to reflect a development strategy interacting with the experiences of the international community in the exchange of experiences, as well as to give effect to laws and bodies that are competent to use resources and finance to achieve the economic and social dimension of this field
