The relevance of lexical study lies in making the language more pliant, by pursuing a different lexical creation paths, especially, “lexical borrowing” as it attracts a scientific terms necessitating it to put an arabic equivalents or borrowing as it is in its mother tongue under the so-called foreign terms.

The roles of general or specialized linguistic Lexicon are to اhighlight the original and borrowed words and their uses, also the language from which it is borrowed; that is to distinguish the Arabic term from the non, and to avoid foreign accents in Arabic styles in many sciences.

Thus, this study deals with lexical borrowing" from Semitic languages, one of the common linguistic phenomena.
