Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the relationship between knowledge management and organizational creativity among workers in Palestinian industrial companies according to the approaches to knowledge management (centralization and decentralization approach, data entry to knowledge strategy, leverage-innovation approach).

The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach.

All workers in the Palestinian industrial companies, whose number is (21048) employees, according to the statistics of the chambers of commerce and industry in the Palestinian governorates for the year (2020).

The study concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge management and organizational creativity in Palestinian industrial companies, and this relationship was positive.

That is, the more knowledge management increases, the organizational creativity increases in the Palestinian industrial companies.

Based on the results, the study recommends paying attention to the concept of knowledge management as it is one of the modern concepts that achieve the organization's sustainable competitive advantage through effective achievement and outstanding performance, and the need for management to move away from the bureaucratic management method and adopt Flexible and decentralized management styles to create the independence of the principle Appointed researchers to develop their creativity.
