This paper discusses the mechanism of building the organizational structure of virtual scientific research institutions for the purposes of scientific communication; in spatial technological forms supporting the scientific developments associated with knowledge; and highlights the possibility of overcoming some of the difficulties that hinder the progress of scientific research in our societies through the creation of virtual research universities interested in scientific research with all its pioneers.
