Through this study, we seek to utilize the available knowledge on tourism development and tourism investment, which is one of the variables affecting the development of countries and their growth.

Therefore, the success of these countries in achieving economic and social development depends on their ability to increase investment rates in all kinds and Tourism investment is especially important, so we find that the search for ways to encourage and stimulate tourism investments for high-level tourism development is today a major preoccupation of all countries including Algeria.

We have supported this research by studying the situation of Algeria in terms of tourism development and level of investment As a state, like any other country rich in unexploited natural resources, as a model for field study.
