This work was conducted to estimate the effect of dexamethasone drug on blood parameters.

The drug was administered for adult albino mice at therapeutic doses and ever doses for one month for determination of the blood biochemical changes as protein.

cholesterol and suga Thirteen mature swiss mice of Balb/C strain which weighted (25-30) gram and aged 12 week were used in this study, they were divided randomly m to contiol and treated groups The results showed a significant depression m the average weight of ueated Lup with 0.8 mg/kg, and a significant depression in the total concentration of the cholesterol for the treated group with 0.8 mg/kg, the results also revealed that ^ien^ficarit Increase in concentration of the sugar of treated groups with (0.2 and 0.8 mg/kg) compared with the control group, while there no significant differences in the total concentration of the protein.
