هدفت الدراسة الى عرض و تقييم مشروع رقمنة المالية العمومية في الجزائر كدعامة اساسية لتحقيق استدامة مالية للدولة، حيث أن الاستدامة المالية في الجزائر ضعيفة، و تجلى ذلك من خلال إصدار قانون مالية تكميلي لسنة 2020، و كذا الحال لسنة 2021، و هو الأمر الذي أدى بوزارة المالية شهر جوان 2021 الى اعادة هيكلة للإدارتها المركزية، هذا وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الى أن الجزائر تعاني من فجوة رقمية إنعكست سلبا على رقمنة المالية العمومية للدولة، و كذا على استدامة ماليتها العامة.

Abstract EN
O49The aim of the study was to present and evaluate the project for the digitization of public finances in Algeria as a basic pillar for the financial sustainability of the State.
The financial sustainability of Algeria is weak.
This was demonstrated by the adoption of a supplementary Financial Act for 2020 and the situation for 2021, which led the Ministry of Finance to restructure its central administration in June 2021; The results of the study found that Algeria was suffering from a digital divide that adversely affected the digitization of the State's public finances and the sustainability of its public finances.
