Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to show the role of the manager in reducing occupational accidents in the work environment by controlling and managing occupational safety conditions.

These incidents are related to three basic elements of the nature of the work and workers' actions during the performance of the work.

The study concluded that the work environment pathway is responsible for the establishment of the occupational safety system, with continuous monitoring of the workers' compliance with the principles of the internal safety system, which leads to the reduction of occupational accidents which reflects the satisfaction of the workers and in turn raises the worker's productivity value.
