The research aims to identify the fact that the Fatimid state deals with the effects of non-Islamic religious construction, especially since it is one of the countries that advocated the application of the principles of Islamic law, as the effects of urbanization for non-Islamic nations and the nature of dealing with them is one of the most important principles of application of the Muhammadan Sharia that the Prophet Muhammad came ( And the importance of his dealings with it in a manner consistent with what the Noble Qur’an came with, and the nature of his dealings with those effects.

Therefore, the research came to shed light on the statement of the mechanism of the Fatimid state’s dealing with the effects of non-Islamic religious construction and to stand on the most important data that resulted from that interaction.
