Abstract EN

The crime of slavery in spite of internationally prohibited under international agreement , charters and instruments ,but the actual practice was not free from the slavery practiced and continuous until the present day and we are in this study will focus on the constituent element of infringement and action that are of such a crime of slavery and the international situation and statute about it more accurately without review and how to prosecute the accused and the penalties provided for them .it would be the same crime on the others ,with indication of the Islamic Sharia to the slavery system.
