The ministerial curriculum represents one of the requirements for granting confidence to the designated prime minister, as the prime minister cannot form his government without presenting his ministerial curriculum, which clarifies his goals and the work he wants to accomplish during his term of office to the parliament, which is responsible for approving this program or rejecting it and demanding that another approach be presented, to achieve the best desired results for what is in the interest of the state and the people together, as the ministerial curriculum is the road map that the council of ministers must abide by and adhere to its content, otherwise it will be exposed to responsibility before the parliament.
