Abstract EN

This studyaddressthenew directions of the Algerian constitutional founderthroughthe constitutional amendment of 2020, whenhe tried to restoreparliament's considerationboth in terms of legislative and oversight functions, bytransferring the competence of public procurement from regulation to legislation - Article 139 - paragraph 10 - on the one hand, and the possibility of raising the responsibility of the government by voting ona motion of censurefor following the practice of the interrogation mechanism - article 161 - on the other hand, which explains the constitutional founder's intention to restore the place of parliament in the Algerian constitutional system.
