Abstract EN

Both Iraq and turkey has been formed as a state at te beginning of the twentieth century and the relations between them has witnessed some tentions but the relative continuity based on the interests is its main character.

there are constants in this relation considering contiuous problems for both countries including the Kurdish problem, the water problem, and the economic interests but this relation is effected by variables concerning the nature of both systems, and the regional dynamics.

the constants and variables are so connected as if one completes the other or as if they were series in one chain, and this is what the research is trying to study.
