The researcher wants through this study to define the electronic relations between the male and the ethnic and to clarify its juristic rule and its controls, and we aim to clarify that Islamic sharia keeps pace with the developments of the age and takes into account the needs and privacy of society, we want to answer the following problem: does Islamic law prohibit all contact between male and female, whether necessary or not?.

the conclusion of our study: that the sharia did not come to cut off all communication between men and women, but rather came to control and refine this deal.
