Abstract EN

This study aims to explore the historical and artistic aspects in the novel of “street battle” written by “Rachid BOUJEDRA”.

He interrogated and assimilated history in the novel to the point where we can say that his historical information treatment is essentially marked by fearlessness, moving by critics the common ancient historical vision, and discussing it in a way that express the doubt doctrine and the question principle, the two aspects of author’s novel creativity.
