Abstract EN

This paper aimed to study how using dynamic programming in network analysis of construction projects.

The study was selected for the construction of a car park project at the land station to transport passengers in the city of Setif, which consists of 19 activities.

The project was divided into 6 phases.

Using the algorithms of the forward solution and the back solution, the critical path of the project was found, which consists of 6 critical activities, As well as finding the return function for each stage and for the project as a whole, as the period required to complete the project was estimated at 30 months, Through the results obtained, we found that the dynamic programming technique is an optimal technique in the network analysis of construction projects, as it enabled to give an accurate picture of the possible information about the studied project.
