This study aims to evaluate the strategy of the Cement Corporation, Ain El Kabira, using the Balanced Scorecard, as it is one of the most important effective strategic management accounting methods in enabling the organization to evaluate and improve its performance in order to achieve its established goals and desired vision.

To achieve this, the balanced scorecard model was designed for the organization in order to evaluate its strategic performance, by presenting a realistic picture of its overall performance level for the period from 2015 to 2019 and recording various deviations while proposing appropriate corrective actions
