Considering the educational system as one of the most important basic elements to promote the wheel of social development in all its dimensions, by directing, pushing and activating the movement of creation and creativity in human resources and leading the Renaissance project and moving society towards its goals steadily, we will try to address in this article the reality of the educational system in Algeria and its implications for the development of human resources, as well as the most important challenges facing these resources as outputs of the educational system in light of the circumstances known by a constantly changing world, by clarifying the following: First: The reality of the educational system in Algeria and its implications for human resources.
