The cultured person is the one who belongs to his/her country and group.

S/he must be aware of his/her duty towards the homeland and the citizen as a person who possesses the mechanisms of knowledge, that qualify him/her to reform and direct his/her society in the right direction.

In other words, s/he works to renounce every tribal or ideological affiliation, and everything that would pose a threat to the geography of his homeland.

This means that s/he is required to form the awareness of belonging to the homeland, and to clean minds and ideas of superstition.

This reflects the intellectual's citizenship act, which was manifested in Al-Bashir Al-Ibrahimi through his works, including his article entitled “The Duty of the Intellectuals towards the Nation”; In which, the author defines the intellectual's duty towards the country and the nation, through their participation in building their homeland, defending it, educating the society's members, and melting into it, and working to instill positive.
