highlighting at the same time the most important its components and means; as it was confirmed for us through this study the presence of national sense and citizenship in the scientific and intellectual heritage of this great reformist; which his pen flowed, and his actions confirmed in everything that builds and develops this awareness; to give a concept of citizenship based on Islamic principles; to serve the Algerian national nation, the Islamic nation, and humanity in all.
