In this article, we seek to highlight the association’s awarenessraising role in building collective thinking resistant to the occupier's policy from analyzing the components of the motto of the Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars, "Islam is our religion, Arabic is our language and Algeria is our homeland," and to show its symbolism and its libertarian dimension to the Algerian people.

The motto adopted by the association was carefully considered and included three fundamental values - religion, tongue, and homelandwhich the Assembly consolidated with deeds and words; which awakened rigid souls and inanimate minds; It played a major role in preserving the identity of the Algerian people; protecting its social component from misguided myths of occupation and its heresies; This gave society spiritual and moral immunity to move and rise; Prevented it from silencing, subjugating, succumbing to the harsh reality and prevented it from dissolving in the wanton colonizer's swamp; so people achieved independence and freedom; And the land of Algeria was liberated and the rebel man was freed after decades.
