The two novels ‘a woman does not come’ of Ghania Kebir and ‘ a celibate of Elmordjane city’ of Rabiaa Djalti tend to show the extent of cultural sterility and the absence of citizenship in the overwhelming majority of the cultured elite, and the continuity of male suppression system under the umbrella of cultured feudal that represents its horizontal line.

On the other side, the failure of the marginalizedcultured and the existentially troubled is manifested, and that represents its vertical line.

Hence, the two novels highlight the knowledge misery datum, under a terrifying decline of the elitist act to the level of vulgarity and dilution that stands against the genuine citizenship jump and the cultural awareness, through a committed female writing that is outraged against the limed elitist awareness.
