The Term Arab culture criticism is facing and complaining many problems, Modernity is the most important and serious problem, which causes a hidden conflict between tow cultural patterns, Actually, this caused a lot of contradictious in the term itself, so the term's fate is interrelated by what our future strategies will result in this regard, Accordingly, we decided to handle this paper of research critically, trying to evaluate the reality of the term arab cultural criticism (represented in selected models), and we have to take consideration its fate and its path.
